About The Event
A one day workshop taking an in depth look at the mental, emotional and physical aspects of the 7 main chakras as well as touching on some of the minor chakras and Kundalini. We will be exploring how to work with the chakras, including affirmations, mudras, colour therapy, crystals, meditations and more.
This workshop costs £40 and includes a workbook. Booking is essential and a £10 deposit is required to secure your place.
