Treatment Options
All treatments offered can help to reduce stress and tension. There are many reasons that clients book treatment sessions, including: anxiety, grief, work related stress, menopause symptoms as well as relief for specific illnesses. Clients report feeling relaxed and rejuvenated after a session.
Crystal and sound therapy is great for clearing away tension from past events and upsets. This form of treatment can also be used to help a client to work on a specific issue, such as releasing attachments to a person or situation. In addition, crystal therapy works well with clients who feel disconnected and wish to revitalise their creativity and purpose.
Gaia Healing (which is similar to Reiki) channels energy to the client, which may help in cases of low energy and can assist with easing pain and clearing energy blockages.
